The view

One of the most striking aspects of dining at L’Oursin is its breathtaking setting. The restaurant is perched on a bluff with panoramic views of Baie Longue, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island that left us speechless. The decor at L’Oursin is minimalist yet sophisticated with the soft murmur of the ocean in the background combined with the gentle Caribbean breeze, makes for an incredibly romantic and serene dining experience my husband and I had.

The food

This season, two Michelin star chef Marcel Ravin has put his unique stamp on the menu, presenting an elevated fusion of Provençal and Caribbean cuisine. The menu showcases French culinary traditions, elevated by the vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients of the Caribbean.

The food was exceptional, with each dish crafted to perfection. Flavors were rich and well-balanced, blending French elegance with Caribbean vibrancy. Every bite showcased the chef’s expertise and attention to detail, leaving a lasting impression. The freshness of the ingredients and the creative presentation made for a truly memorable dining experience. Bravo!
